Terms of Service — Grahamstown Flower Merchant

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from, booking with, or interacting with Grahamstown Flower Merchant, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Services
We provide goods and/or services as described at the time of purchase. Due to the handmade and/or perishable nature of some products, appearance, colour, and size may vary slightly from images or descriptions.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • Items are unavailable

  • Incorrect pricing has occurred

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • The request is outside our service capability

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before preparation, dispatch, or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

We may adjust pricing at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Cancellations & Changes
Changes or cancellations must be requested before preparation begins.
Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellations may not be possible due to the nature of the goods or services.

6. Delivery & Collection
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect information supplied

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Quality Concerns
Any issues with your order must be reported promptly in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. We will work in good faith to resolve concerns appropriately.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our goods or services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property
All images, branding, and content created by Grahamstown Flower Merchant remain our property and may not be reused without permission.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Contact Information & Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
