Delivery Areas
We deliver within our listed service areas. Orders outside this area may be declined or require special arrangement and additional fees.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to deliver within the selected window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time displayed at checkout.

Delivery Requirements
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact number where possible.
If delivery instructions are provided (e.g., leave at door), the parcel will be considered delivered once left safely at the location.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft after successful delivery according to instructions provided.

Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is not present:

  • The order may be left in a safe place where appropriate, or

  • Returned for re-delivery

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Incorrect Address
Orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for refund. A new delivery fee may be required to resend the order.

Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including weather events, accidents, road closures, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate delays where possible.

Damaged in Transit
If an item arrives damaged due to delivery handling, please contact us within 12 hours and provide photos so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Pick-Up Orders
Collection orders must be picked up during agreed times. Items not collected on the arranged day may deteriorate and are not eligible for refund.
