Freshness Guarantee
We take care to prepare and deliver flowers in fresh condition. If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Perishable Nature of Flowers
Because flowers are perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. Instead, where appropriate we may offer:

  • Replacement of the arrangement

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

The resolution will depend on the nature of the concern and supporting information provided.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To assess the issue, please email or message us with:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A clear photo of the flowers

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible, as natural deterioration occurs beyond our control.

Delivery Issues
If an arrangement arrives damaged due to transport, notify us within 12 hours and include photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally seasonal availability requires substitution of certain blooms. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and similar style. This does not qualify as a fault or refund unless the overall arrangement differs significantly from the advertised design.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability:

  • A redelivery fee may apply

  • Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details supplied at checkout

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched due to the perishable nature of flowers.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled preparation or delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
